The Rock plate, made from extremely high-strength nylon, is the industry standard, being one of the most robust nylon plates/frames ever produced. Its 57mm wheels are perfectly suited for competitive artistic skating. Additionally, the Fame quad roller skate includes the adjustable Carrera toe stop brake.
