Guidelines for Custom Heat Mouldable Insoles

Heating initiates our Gamechangers Elite's exclusive arch technology, expanding the insole to conform to your foot's shape.

1. Cut the toe area to ensure a proper fit in your shoes. They should insert with ease.
2. Then, place the insoles in a preheated oven at 110 °C for 8-10 minutes. Do NOT use a microwave.
3. Once the arch becomes entirely soft, they are prepared. Stand on them whilst wearing socks for 1-2 minutes. (Sit down if you need greater arch support). Afterwards, put them in your shoes and walk.
4. Avoid bending the Gamechangers at 90 degree angles immediately after removing them from the oven as this can damage the foam.

The average break-in period for FP Insoles Gamechangers Elite is roughly 1-3 days. Allow time for your feet to acclimate to the new arch support.
