Unfortunately, we are not able to have any direct influence on the delivery after the parcels are picked up from our warehouse. We do not directly work with Royal Mail, however some of our couriers might handle the parcels to Royal Mail as part of their setup. Due to the Christmas holidays, we had fewer business days to work with while also experiencing an increase of inquiries, having started to ask our customers, if they wanted to share their experience by writing a review.
