Africa Skate Tour

The Africa Skate Tour represents a small yet influential collaboration between SkatePro and French freestyle blader Zépé Fadialas.

Zépé aimed to reconnect with his Senegalese heritage by sharing the joy of freestyle skating in the streets of Ziguinchor. His plan was to bring additional gear to lend out during his events, but only as much as he could carry on the plane – no more, no less.

Providing kids the opportunity to experience the joy and inspiration of skating is precisely the kind of initiative we are dedicated to supporting through SkatePro Giveback.

SkatePro’s Partnership with Africa Skate Tour

SkatePro agreed to supply Zépé with all the gear necessary for the tour. Armed with inline skates, spare parts, protective gear, and apparel, Zépé embarked on a mission to showcase his skills and teach the local kids of Ziguinchor the art of skating.

Zépé sent us numerous pictures and videos after the tour, and some of these can be viewed on his Instagram. We cherished every moment of it and want to thank Zépé for undertaking this mission to spread positivity and joy!
