Thomas on Tour

On July 19th, 2024, Thomas Keesman began an extraordinary longboarding adventure. Over three weeks, he set out to traverse the 1,020-kilometer distance from Gothenburg, Sweden, to his hometown of Ede in the Netherlands.

A dedicated longboarder with a background in long-distance skating, Thomas chose to test his limits while raising funds for Alzheimer Nederland. This non-profit organization focuses on improving the lives of people with Alzheimer’s and their families, as well as funding scientific research into Alzheimer’s treatment and care.

Thomas’ request was clear to us. He needed gear for his journey, and understanding the importance of his cause and its positive impact, we were delighted to supply him with a few essentials.

We equipped Thomas with longboard products and apparel to withstand the elements during his extensive trip.

Surpassing his own expectations, Thomas completed his journey and returned to the Netherlands in just 15 days, having traversed Sweden, Denmark, and Germany.

Additionally, he managed to raise an impressive €3500 for Alzheimer Nederland. Well done!
