Do you want to return a product to us? No problem.
You can register online and either:
- refuse to accept the parcel on delivery
- send it back to us with a self-organised delivery service

How much time do I have to return my order?
SkatePro offers you the option to return goods for up to 365 days after receipt.

The package must be sent directly to this address. Packages delivered to parcel shops will not be picked up.
How do I exchange a product?
You can easily return your products to us and place a new order for the desired exchange item. Once we receive and handle your return parcel, we will process the refund as registered in the return case (either to the original payment method or as customer credit).
Can I return every item?
Most products kan be returned, but there is no right of withdrawal when purchasing:
- Customised products like skis with mounted bindings, or custom-built scooters, skateboards and BMX bikes.
- Services such as scooter assembly or sharpening of ice skates

Will I get the shipping cost refunded?
If you withdraw from a purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you regret your purchase, we will refund your delivery shipping cost under the following conditions:
- You must notify us of your regret within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- You must return the goods within an additional 14 days.
- You return the entire order (only relevant if you have ordered more than one product)
- You have selected our cheapest delivery method. If not, we will only refund the delivery cost equivalent to the cheapest option.
