Water Ski Bindings & Parts
Bindings for Slalom and Double Water Skis
Water ski bindings ensure your feet remain secure on your water skis. The boot segment of the binding often comprises EVA or rubber, while the binding plates affixed to the skis are constructed from robust plastic. These are sometimes referred to as water ski boots, and they are offered in an assortment of styles you should familiarise yourself with before buying.
The Two Variations of Water Ski Bindings
Water ski bindings are available in two configurations: double boot bindings and boot with rear toe bindings. Double boot slalom bindings for water skis lock both feet firmly in place, providing minimal movement and enhancing stability, which can improve performance.
In the boot with rear toe bindings, the front foot is secured in a boot, while the rear foot fits into a toe strap, allowing the heel to move freely. The benefit of this arrangement is that it permits the water skier enhanced manoeuvrability to position their rear foot for better balance. This style is more suited for novices, and it is an excellent option if there are various skiers using the same ski in turns.
This category also includes spare parts for water ski bindings, such as binding plates: these usually match only specific bindings. Should you have queries, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
