Shipping Info

This page concerns orders from Andorra, Bulgaria, Greenland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Slovakia, Slovenia and The Faroe Islands. Read about shipping time, delivery price, delivery options, tracking and customs/tax.

Shipping time

2-10 business days, for orders with all items in stock. The expected delivery date will be shown clearly during the checkout process and the order confirmation. Notice that we do not ship your order before all the items are in stock.

You will receive an e-mail notification if the shipment of your order has been delayed.

Delivery: destinations & costs

Note: Some products may be subject to an additional fee if our delivery companies classify them as oversized items. All additional costs will be shown at the checkout.

Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the Track-and-Trace information of your parcel.

In case of damaged or undelivered parcels

Please be sure to examine the item, when you receive it. Should there be any damages or was the parcel not delivered as expected, please contact SkatePro as soon as possible. For details, please go to our Terms and Conditions page.

Customs and Tax

Tax-free shopping for non-EU countries. When importing the goods to your own country, you may have to pay tax (VAT and customs duties) in your country. In some cases, you will also have to pay customs and possibly a handling fee.

VAT Refund

If you are a citizen of a non-EU country and received an order with VAT (delivery to a country within the EU), then you can get a refund of the VAT that you paid. In order to do that, when traveling back to your home country, you have to get the invoiced stamped by the customs clearance from the EU-country to which you have ordered your items. This document needs to be sent to SkatePro latest 2½ months after the goods have been exported outside of the EU.

We charge an administration fee of EUR 20 per invoice, which will be subtracted from the refunded VAT.
